Well, I just got home from a week long vacation. Had a very good week. Didn't lose any money to the casinos, avoided most of the CES crowd, saw my folks, flew home no prob. When I got home and checked on my snakes, everything seemed fine, the tanks where a little dry, but what can you expect for having a friend (who doesn't own any snakes) keep a eye on them for you when you're gone. But, as I'm walking away from the last cage (with my fav. snake in it of course) I notice that the lid didn't get closed right, and after a quick inspection of the cage, I found out I had a snake on the lose. Well, anyways, after a half a hour of tearing my place apart (and quite a few choice words) I found him in a dark corner. I checked him over, didn't seem any worse for wear, and put him back in the cage so he could warm up a little. Anyways I have to go clean up the house so it doesn't look like a war-zone, but I just wanted to share my good luck.
