I'm not the original poster, but I followed the link and found the little perforated metal locking screen covers for 2 1/2 gal tanks that I have been looking for. Way better than making my own. Thanks for the link. Excellent supply place. Learn something everyday.

the only problem is that i need 3 of them and with shipping its gonna cost me $72 i can buy 3 at a local store for 60. if shipping wasnt so much i would get them from the website. once again thanks
