Dusting crickets

i bought this Dragon Dust ICB(insect cricket balancer)by T-Rex to dust the crickets i feed my BD. Is that a good enough source or not good source? It says it's an all in one super food, includeds all foods, vitamins and minerals. Should i dust the crickets every day when i feed my BD or how often? Or what is a good source to dust the crickets?

I've heard nothing but bad things about that product from a few trusted sources, but have never tried it myself. My recommendation would be to dust every live meal with Repcal Calcium w/D3 except for one a week that you would dust with RepCal Herptivite multivitamin.
