My little guy Marley, is the sweetest thing. if I stick my hand into the tank while he's out and about, he'll climb right on and just sit in my hand for a while and let me pet him, eventually he gets bored though and starts to wander... he's great though...

My little girl is just alittle firecracker, and PIG. she always gets really excited when it's time to eat. she wiggles her tail even before I get the worm or cricket to the floor of the tank. the tail twitch is the cutest thing...

just bored and thought i'd share.

I have three just like that, super friendly :-D, two males and one female (orion, Apollo, and Calypso). LOL my other female is a major pig, she will eat anyhing that moves O_o, including fingers.... if you wiggle them like worms.

Heres a pic of my Apollo

Rosie and Locke are my first two leopard geckos, so they were patient while I learned from trial and error. Even when the store was out of crickets and I wasn't sure about mealworms and bought them the canned kind, they took it graciously. (Locke ate those from the pile on the floor; Rosie ate straight from my hand.) Then the first time I tried feeding them with a bowl, they were quick to catch on, and I could see them both entranced by all the mealworms crawling around right there in front of them. They have never been picky about what they've eaten. Crickets, superworms, mealworms, waxworms, dead, alive, any size, they eat them all! (Well, I throw out the cruddy stuff. lol)

They're "only" normals, but I wouldn't trade them for anything. I'm really happy when I look into their tank and see how much weight they've gained and how the color of their skin has improved since I've had them.

My leo is like that too. When I come it she pokes her head out and gives me the look of "food time?" I take her out and let her explore a curled up blanket, she thinks its like a cave or something, and she'll go to sleep there. When she gets cold she'll lay out flat on my arm to try to warm up, so thats when i know to put her back in. The funniest thing is she loves to be rubbed under the chin. She pushes into it like cats do when you pet them. When shes out at night and I walk up to her cage she looks at me and walks towards the glass, lol she has this funny curious look on her face. Later
