After eating the mouse, the snake wouldn't be hungry anymore and would have no reason to go through a maze. It would just want to sleep. And by the time the snake was hungry again, it would probably forget the maze.
Now if you made a simple maze to get to a good hiding spot, a snake might be a little more motivated to get to the end repeatedly. But as a rule they're pretty hard to reward in a pavlovian fasion.
We can state a hypothesis to your question, but if you are doing a report, there is really only one way to find out. Let us know how it turns out. By the way, the answer may not be as simple as yes or no. I suspect that some snakes might and others might not, depending upon many factors, including hunger level.

Maybe instead of using a mouse as "bait" try making a hiding spot in one corner of the "maze" and use a very bright (but not hot) light. Flourescent should work well for this. Snake's sense of security usually overrides their hunger and you get a faster reaction/turn around. But anyway, read the above and you'll get some good ideas on how to modify your experiment.
Also, just as precaution, if you do end up using a mouse, make sure you keep an eye on it because it can and will kill your snake if it gets even the slightest chance (i.e. snake not hungry). Also, the snake can escape if you're not careful, and so can the mouse, and especially if the mouse gnaws a hole in your maze, the mouse will get out and so will the snake.
