Hunt the area really. Most decide that there is not enough habitat next to the road... I still remember one of nicest WC blairs seen was from the south end of that road. It was a nice Male I think. That was over 14 years ago...
I don't know about the town. I know it was flooded last year. Lance and I got pics to prove it.
I can't wait until May 2008.

On the DL (we) did pickup a trio or are going to this weekend. Plus another little male. I hate hunting 277 so this wraps that locality up for us and I don't ever have to worry about driving down that wretched highway again.
If you've seen then you know they are pretty nice. A bit old but nice. No complaints from me.
