I have a lovely pair of these snakes, they are full grown, a good weight and healthy now I've moved away from dusty substrate. I've been placing them together on and off for several months now but there is no sign of any action between them. I was surfing the other day and I found a quote from a book on breeding sand boas that hinted at the fact that these snakes need a period of brumation (they actually said hibernation)Has anyone out there had any luck breeding this specis and if brumation is necessary for how long and at what temperature should I maintain them?
