Alpine paper reports that a business man from Dallas bought Lajitas. First thing he did was slash prices and bring in a new chef that could cook a $6 chicken fried steak rather than a $50 steak. Says he wants it like it used to be. We will see.

If the place was in budget and the "Lajitas Attitude" changes they will get some herper business again.
I am hoping for the best... The way they have been I do not see this making it any worse?

Is if he would cater to hunters and allow us to hunt on some of that open land. Or make a pseudo walking trail into those back hills.
Where did your Lajitas animal come from??? Lajitas, on the walking trail. That would ROCK!!!!!!!!!!
