Dear Satan.

So I finally broke down and bought your book. I feel like a little kid every morning when I wake up because the first thing I do is run down stairs and check the mail box. Sigh. It still hasn't come yet. I keep hoping someone at the office made the UPS guy work over time and he'll show up at my door right now before midinight... but the chances of that happening aren't very high either I suppose.
(Now I just need to go and buy the Barker book and then I'll be set... until I read both of them)

I also decided I'm going to send you my wish list this year for Christmas. Santa just didn't do a good job this last year, so maybe you can give me some better stocking stuffers this next year! Anyways, know I will enjoy the book (books when I get the next one from ya Tracy)
Thanks

that fine grey print under the pics is absolutely awful.
all that attention to detail and the editor let that simple item go.
do absolutely love the book in spite of the incredibly illegible picture descriptions. gotta dig out that magnifying glass...

I read them all cover to cover. I learned a little something from each book.

From the VPI book I learned that the pre ovulation shed is not the only shed in the female reproductive cycle. There are actually four sheds that coincide with a female being gravid.

From Kevin's book I found out why I get small amounts of condensation on the corners in the front of the tubs from time to time. I didn't have enough holes drilled, but I do now and haven't had a problem since.

From Designer Morphs I learned about the genetics of boas. Not a big boa guy but I might try my hand at one or two of them. I basically wanted to expand my knowledge to be able to understand what is going on if a conversations switches from boas to balls.

I will soon the Complete Boa book from Vin Russo.

I am trying to build up a large reptile library.

May I reccommend Boas and Pythons of the World by Mark O'Shea. It is really informative and written on the same level as the VPI book, pretty scientific type reading. It does have a picture of a man being eaten by a retic. It dispells that myth with a very clear picture. You can even make out where the guy's head is, it is pretty wild.
