I don't know what's going on there. But in that video there is not enough clear area for mating. My pairs are housed in no less than a 4' x 3.5' floor area enclosure. Decorations look great but just get in the way. I'd put them on the floor and see what they do. The dragon on top may be trying to mate but is unable to because of space restrictions. The male needs to be able to get traction and have adequate space to turn the females body for mating. It looks like he's slipping.

Males generally fight by biting other unknown males tails. I don't think that is fighting. It may be false breeding between females though. I assume the one on top bobs his head. What does the other dragon do then?

it bobs its head sometimes mostly ignores it and once i saw it wave its arm

Usually the females response to a male head bobbing is to bow. It looks like she is doing pushups. Sometimes subordinate males or females wave to dominant males.

The lift the tail sex identification is usually very obvious on adults. If there is no indentation then you probably have 2 females.

sometimes she bows but i havnt realy been home to watch them my dad said she was doin pushups last night
