I have 5 russian tortoises 2 males and 3 females the males are 4 1/2 inches and the females are 5 1/2 inches. How long untill I can breed this colony?

When the males are around 500gm & the females 1kg.
Have the males started "head bobbing " at the females yet?
Second sign is the aggression which the males will give the females.
