Hi, I noticed a brown, dead looking piece of skin, with a paper like consistency protruding from the small space between the scales on my 6 year old spectacled caiman's tail (near the base and only in one small spot). I was wondering what it is, and whether I should at all be concerned about it. Thanks for any information.
