What do you mean by "one toe curled around"?

the long toe on his left hind foot is curled up and around kind of like a rams horns i cant figure out how to post pics or i would post one

is it the toe that is curled up or the nail? If its the nail, then it is really over grown and should be trimmed carefully or by a vet. If its the actual toe, then most likely the toe was broken or deformed...and will never straighten.

it may be painful for him, make sureyou are not trying to snip into the 'quick' the living part of the nail. Sometimes just placing his foot on your finger, so the toes are dangling around it, then snipping the nail that way, will not feel as uncomfortable to your dragon as bending back the toe will be.
