I know I am new here, but I do read the forum daily, and I learn so much just by reading everybody elses questions. Anyways, I just wanted to share our new furry friend with you guys, she is a Trexel Guinea Pig, 3 months old. Her name is Lucy............

but four smelly little breeder mice is the only rodents i am allowed to have .... but my mice are cute too

never had one of those, had a hamster and rats, the rats were awesome, lucy sure is cute! dont they make funny little noises too?

yeah, they "wheek" and chatter. Sometimes they even purr. As she grows, Lucys hair will, hopefully, be nice and long. I live in a houseful of boys, so it sure is nice to have a girl in the family! lol

heheh.. bet it will.. well shes a real cutie.. grats on her!

Lucy loves to get out of her cage and explore. Of course, we only let her do this when the beardies are in their enclosures.

Beautiful Dragons

Thats a really cute picture. I have never had a rat, but I hear they make great pets and are very intelligent.

Lucy is potty trained to go in the corner of her cage and no where else, especially the sofa! She loves to watch the beardies. And the beardies don't seem to mind her as long as she doesn't bother them and doesn't come too close. Of course I only let Lucy look at the beardies when the beardies are in their homes and Lucy is allowed to run around the floor. She knows her name too. Where ever she is at in the house, if I call her name she knows she will get a treat if she comes running! I don't have to worry about her getting lost in the house, because she always comes. Knock on wood! And, she is trained to walk on a leash. I'll have to get a photo of that too!

Actually, it's my sister's. I don't usually like small animals, but I like this little dude. I don't know what ours is supposed to be called, but it's really soft and smooth, and is completely black.

we took a guniee pig of someone, it was kinda a rescue, person didnt have time and this one was a bit sick and only had one eye

it turnout out to be pregnant. it gave birth to 3 female and 2 male albino's. all very healthy !!
they are noisy at times like, i can hear them from the house when the window is open
