This is something I have struggled with thinking about myself, and I don't have many good answers, but I will tell you what I have figured on in my head to get you started:
If you have an emergency or transport box, get her used to being in there. (Like for cleanings and such) For ours we have a shoe box sized plastic container with a ton of holes. I have figured on putting her moist hide in there and line everything with paper towels.
Now, the next problem is a flight like yours, may have other animal passengers... and you also want to keep the container dark and warm. For me, I have an old cat carrier (used for a rabbit mind you) the kind that are airplane ready (even came with "live animal" stickers), the big plastic things with the caged front that swings out. I figured padding around the smaller container to fit into this and then putting some hand warmers underneath would get the job done. Obviously, beforehand some trial runs to determine the distance from hand warmer to bottom of box for temp would be important.
Oh, it occurs to me you may not know what I mean by hand warmers. Around here they are primarily used by hunters or outdoor laborers. They are air activated packets you shove into a glove or boot to provide warmth, I'm sure you have something similar over there or can get some on amazon.
Wish I could be more help. But at least here are somethings to think about, feel free to bounce some ideas around. Good luck.
