I've had to soak my leo a few times because not all of the dead skin came off when he shed, and it freaked him out every time.

I think actually my gecko likes to take a bath once and a while... because sometimes when I have helped him with his skinn he just wants to lay still in the shallow water...
is my leo a bit weird?

well thats how one of my leos respond to bathing, some of them hate it....

I'm not sure if it's weird, but my new leo does that, too.

I soaked her a little because I bought her and some skin from a shed was constricting her toe, and she never minded. She's not eating other than liquids so I gave her Pedialyte instead of water and she'd soak in it for hours at night, on and off. The Pedialyte made her toes sticky, so I'd have to soak her during the day because they were stuck together (I haven't seen her soaking after that) and she didn't mind as long as the water wasn't too warm.

So, if your leo is strange for liking to soak, it's not the only one.
