sick gecko?

one of my geckos might be sick i checked on her one day and she was having a really hard time shedding. since then she seems to be moving funny and unbalanced. she almost rolls over whenever i pick her up and doesnt seem to want to eat. i read that i might be giving her too much D3 vitamin, could this be causing these problems?
