Herping in north Raleigh

I live in North Raleigh, and my backyard is a 7 acre forest with mostly pine trees. The only things i've been able to find in it are fence lizards and toads. Does anyone else live in an area like this that can give me some tips on where to look, or what to look for? Thanks a lot.
