Jungle pastel is a genetic anomaly that is not inherited.
Bell, Graziani, Lemon, etc, are all different lines of pastels. Lemon pastels, for instance, tend to be a brighter, yellower pastel while Graziani pastels have some pretty awesome patterns and blushing. Each line has its own 'look', and some are better examples than others... but other than that, they're all just pastels.

"I have never made but one prayer to god, a very short one: "O lord, make my enemies ridiculous." And he granted it." - Voltaire
The original imported pastels had "jungle" type patterns to them so they were thusly called jungle pastels - otherwise known as the pastel. There are a variety of lines of pastels that have been "founded" since lemon, blonde, bell, etc. etc. but they are all pastels.
