I've had numerous people ask me if Rose darkened after giving birth. Here's your answer

She did darken while gravid and was even darker after her first shed after giving birth. But she has since shed again and lightened up. Her saddles are darker than they were before, but her body color can get just as light. This is her in a "tweener" stage. She's in between her light and "dark" (read: colorful) stage.

Can't wait for this coming winter to breed her again and see what she'll produce this time
