What would an albino crossed with a hypo het for albino produce?

I assume you mean a salmon when you wrote "hypo". All salmon boas are hypos, but not all hypos are salmons.

If the hypo is a salmon with two salmon mutant genes, then albino x hypo het albino -->
1/2 salmon (also het albino)
1/2 salmon albino (AKA sunglow)

If the hypo is a salmon with a salmon mutant gene paired with a normal gene, then albino x hypo het albino -->
1/4 Normal-looking (het albino)
1/4 albino
1/4 salmon (also het albino)
1/4 salmon albino (AKA sunglow)

By two mutant salmon genes he means homozygous hypo or super hypo/salmon as you'll often see it put.

Your typical salmon/hypo has one hypo gene and one normal gene, but the hypo gene is displayed because it is dominant over the normal gene.
