I am building a large multi cage system. I was looking for ideas of how to put vents in with screen or other materials. I was also looking for ideas of even vents to buy. Basically I am looking for all kinds of ideas and remember pictures always help.

Sorry, no pics and certainly no expert but just had to reply. I have found many things to use for vents at my local Lowe's: a green (also have black) round plastic drain cover in the plumbing section, a plastic foundation vent, round metal soffit vents (don't like metal) back around the shingles; however, my favorite is their plastic pegboard. As I remember it is somerwhere around the hardware section. It is easy to cut, you can make any size you want, and it looks nice.

Love the stuff. I'm using for a rack I'm building. Good call.

Yes it is but this isnt being used for snakes so the crickets and bugs would get through the holes in the peg board.

if you find a plastic non abrasive product similar in design. We can use for hatchling applications because the pegmaster holes are a little too big for hatchlings, as well as bugs and crickets.

Best
Joe
