What is the best way to produce a sunglow? What are the other possible crosses?

Sunglow is the combination of two genetic traits..

Albino - recessive (both parents need to be carriers)
Hypo - Dominant (only one parent needs to be a carrier)

Minimum paretns to produce some sunglows would be het albino x DH sunglow (hypo het albino)

IMO best pairing would be

Albino x DH sunglow or sunglow x het albino

Both of those would yield..

1/4 sunglow
1/4 albino
1/4 DH sunglow
1/4 het albino

So if I have a male albino and a female hypo het for albino, that would give me a change of a few sunglows, right?

Yes, statistically 1/4 of the litter will be sunglows. Of course individual litters will vary!!
