Just a note from me:
I tried to do the eggs.. it's a lot harder than I thought it was going to be.(or else I just sucked at it really bad) I bought 4000 silkie eggs, and I have 2 left. (not 2000, not 200) 2!
I'll try again when I have time to really understand what I am trying to accomplish. (and buy a whole lot less) I was under the impression that you grate their food overtop of them everyday, and eventually you will have a great food source.
I have less than a snack left.
I had no problems at all.
one thing with the eggs...when they hatched..did you keep them in an incubator? they tend to die quickly when they are black if the temp is not perfect.
Also - yeah - just grate it over em.
make sure the chunks are not so big it kills the little guys though. I bought one of those 4 side graters with the different sizes. works great for all stages of life.
well - my cham is on patrol again. gotta go.

there is a guy on ebay that sells them for $8 for 100 or $15 for 200. i believe the guy is our very own charm paradise. here's the link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2342477326&category=1285
