help i have a snake that my wife said i could keep if i switch her to dead rather than live im haveing a hard time with it she will not eat how do i get her to eat???

I'm having trouble myself. New here and can't figure out how to get a new message on this board. It's Feb. is anyone out there? Have you figured it out? Can you keep the snake? Mine isn't eating after a major mite treatment. I think she can't see? worried and can't seem to get any responce.

yes im still keeping my snake and she is now eating some dead but not as well as id hoped but in answer to u when did u give it the mite treatment and did u get it in the snakes eyes??

When giving the Batadine treatment bath, the snake goes under and above the water. The mites go in and around the nostrils & eyes. The minerial oil goes on and below the head area. I was told this treatment wouldn't hurt the snake at all. It has been 2-3 weeks since its last treatment. No mites but Baja sure isn't the same.
