My wife has laid down the law and I had to sell all my breeders. She didn't like how much of my personal time it was taking. Says I can start up again after the boys are in college.
With all my "hobbies" that turn out to be an enormous amount of work, I don't blame her. Heck I spent eleveen weekends last spring alone fixing leaks in the clay liner of my pond.
In a way I am still secretly keeping garters behind her back. On my thirty one acre nature preserve. 
They are wild but I still consider them mine.
