Questions over Resulting Morphs

lonesomejungle Jan 27, 2008 12:39 PM

Greetings, First time I've posted so if anyone could help that would be great.
I've been reading a few websites over resulting color morphs but have found conflicting information so I was wondering if anyone could just give me the scoop.

Breeding an Amel with Anery A = Ghost
(Someone said they made wild het ghost, unsure)

Breeding Bloodred with Anery A = Granite

Breeding Amel with Ghost = Amel

If anyone could correct those or explain what's the matter with them it would be very appreciated!

If you breed an amel with an anery you'll get normals het for amel and anery A (snow)

You need Hypo and Anery A homozygous in the same animal to get ghost.

Likewise, breeding anery A with a bloodred will get normals het for anery A and Bloodred (granite)

An amel plus a ghost would get you normals het amel, anery, and hypo.

Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Would reccomend mick's cornsnake progeny predictor for such issues. - Just google it and download and install. The help section is informative too.
