Howdy All,

I've been out of the loop for awhile due to personal and business distractions. But, Spring is approaching and I've got an itch that needs to be scratched. I'll be reviewing the HCU lease options and hope to check out a few in the coming months. I also hope to attend the HCU meeting in June. Of course, I also have some of my own land that needs to be hunted and I'd love some company out there.

If anyone wants to try some XMas Mountain rock flipping in March, drop me a line.

Thanks to all who emailed or called during my hiatus.

My spring break is March 17 - 21, I'll see you then! There's a spot or two down by my property we need to check out too.

I'm ready whenever you're in the area. Joe plans to come down in March. Maybe we can all three hit it together.

Sounds great! I am counting the days, it is much the same here, but at least there are things to flip, maybe an early spring!
