So yea kinda weird but i figure i would share as i doubt there are manny posts like this.

So i had this wierd dream last night i was in brasil. I was going through some marsh and i was seeing huge green anacondas EVERYwhere and i was trying to avoid them etc. Then i started seeing BRB's and i kept catching them but i didnt have anywhere to put them (no bags etc) and it was driving me insane. I found a bright red BRB with red eyes! and i kept asking people for pillow cases and bags etc but i couldnt find any, i just woke up without ever finding a bag to put all the BRB's i was catching in.

I guess im just kinda nuts huh? it might be because i have a couple adult females comming to me soon. . . anyone else dream about rainbow boas?

oh, on another note, has anyone ever used boamater cages? im thinking about ordering one from them boamaster.com

If it makes you feel better, although this is a completely different animal, I had a dream last night that my cat, Marina, had kittens. FIVE of them! She's spayed and I couldnt figure out how she could have kittens when she had her junk removed when she was young. I was upset because my stepdad was mad at me and I was telling him that I had her spayed and I dont know why they didnt do it. I was VERY upset. I woke up laughing though.
And yeah, before babies are born I have dreams about things going wrong or trying to catch a bunch of baby BRBs when they come flowing out of a cage like a wave. You kinda get used to weird snake dreams

however it wasnt last night i have had odd snake dreams lol lots of em specialy on nights where i have troubble sleeping and stressed about things not going right with snakes n things the oddest was there was a snake rack ontop of a gas pump at a ga station was filled with baby rainbows that i forgot there for about 2 months lol then all of a sudden i was pulling a yellow conda out of a green rubbermaide that i forgot about lol darn odd snake dreams lol

I hate dreams like that, the ones where you realize in the dream that you'd forgotten something very important, and that sense of panic and worry hit ya...it's a horrible feeling!

That's pretty weird that you mentioned this. Just yesterday morning I was at the bookstore, and I read several travel books for
South American countries, thinking how great it would be to take a trip down to Amazon country. Maybe we can organize a BRB Forum trip?? Shoot, I need to get my passport first.

i fi win 30 mil or more i will pay for the tickets and the guides BUT some1 else has to plan it and make sure we get good guides good places to stay etc etc lol oh and form there we have to hit AUS. lol sorry i have always dreamed of going to ause they have some killer snake my fav animals are aussie pythons lol plus the aus zoo has to be awesome lol

I can just get win the lottery but that would mean I would have to buy a lotto ticket which I haven't done and I'm 27 and have only been in a casino once or twice, once to eat really early in the morning after a night out in New Orleans and the other was with my friend who lost 50 bucks so I don't think you will be catching me gamble but they just had some nurses that pooled together and won the lotto recently. I don't keep up with the news but I think it was 90 million split 9 nine ways so after taxes they have about 4-5 million, I would make that trip happen with that for all of us I really would cuz I'm cool like that

I just went to check on Jack a few minutes ago, and he shed and left a big stinky. First one in about a week. And otherwise he seems to be doing well on his lizard (and occasional fish) diet, so I'm happy for now.

Australian Zoo in Brisbane I think or right around there but that has always been a dream of mine

i have been dying to go and i had cousins who lived about a hour away from there but never had the cash to go one day tho one day lol im gonna try to save to make it to daytona for a first this year and save for a aussie trip next year hey we could go together if you dont mind my girl tag along lol split cost lol

Tim if I can finally stop spending all my money on snakes and hopefully start letting my snakes get me more snakes then I would love to go cuz I really want my son to go (later in age he is 7) as this would be the best trip I could ever imagine with him. He is starting to read at school in kindergarden the last two weeks or so, so I have been reading a couple of books with him with pretty much all 3 letter words lol and when he gets a few lines without flaw you just wanna cry you are so proud of them (I'm getting teared up typing thisseriously). I forgot when you said you was gonna have one

funny funny man lol me have one yeah lol thats a fe years and the right lucky lady down the road later lol thats good to hear bout him i would of thought by know he would be speaking latin telling his teachers all the "proper" names of the snakes you guys have and having to teach the class lol and im so proud of myself i finaly made it to reading 4 lettter words today i teared up right then and there and i so counted to 11 with my shoes on lol

well you have to think that is a just catching up to others his age cuz he was born at 457 grams and 10 3/4" long.

Funny story Tim cuz I am pretty set in my ways cuz I pretty much figure out the quickest and best way to damn near do anything so everybody else is wrong lol and I have pet peaves (sp?) out the a-- My money has to be in a certain way, I can't right with a bic pen unless (I hate papermate) the cap is on aligned perfectly with the letters seriously, I hate it when someone slams a door, drops the toilet seat and I could go on and on............ So tonight I am reading with my son and I'm holding the book with my left hand pointing at the word he is pronouncing with my right hand and so says, "Dad stop for a minute", then removes a piece of dog hair that is in between my left thumb holding the book on the left side of the page and all the words are only on the right hand side of the page.

sorry just reminds me of when i was tlaking to my buddy about the ball python morph book thats out and one of my other buddies goes why would you get a $60 book you cant read i go no sh!t but it has a ton of pics lol im glad i can seriously read tho it is a good book the hair in the way of the pic just made that popp in my mind

and sounds to me like you have some OCD problems lol i do to so whatever lol

It's been a while but I used to have dreams like that all the time. I always used to laugh that for most people, a dream of being surrounded by hundreds of snakes would be a nightmare. For me, it was a fantasy.

Yeah I get snake dreams from time to time, last one all I remember is I was catching snakes from a bush in my grandma's backyard in Ohio and they were all little BRB's.

Last night I had a wierd BRB dream, I remembered it as awoke and kept pondering it to remember some details.....

So I'm "interning" for "THE" BRB breeder (nobody we know but of course we all know who he is because it's "THE" BRB breeder)

Interesting setup, no cages, rack after rack of potted plants. Small ones like at a nursery. The BRB's nestle in and around the plants. everywhere you look there are BRB's, not huge ones but they're full grown adults.

All puppy dog tame, just reach in and grab one to move it somewhere else. Very clean facility, not a single poop, shed or smear of urates (duh it's a dream)

Just allowed to do whatever they want, breed with whoever they want. Kind of like a rodent colony and the babies were being picked out. Even the babies were not biting (did I mention it was a dream?)

Sexing was easy, you could extend the spur just like a cats claw. Ones like a sharp cats claw - male. Just a little more extending and a curved hemipene would come out right next to the spur.

Wierd huh????

noticed that you have problems so that would definately explain your dreams but don't get counseling cuz if the collection heard about it, they may very well want the same and that could get very expensive

or my imaginary friends will hear you!!!!
