Prevent-a-mite by Pro products, it is FDA tested and has stood the test of time!!

The best treatment you can get and it is made for reptile use.

I prefer Reptile Relief on the snake and Prevent-a Mite in the enclosure. I put the snake in a seperate tub, spray him down with RR, and let him stand for 15 minutes. While he is sitting clean the enclosure really good with 10% clorox-water solution. Put everything back except his water. Spray the enclosure down with PAM and let it dry. After sitting with the RR for 15 minutes take the snake out and rinse him off. Then rinse out the tub he was sitting in, fill it half the snakes depth in water and let the snake soak in the water for 20 minutes. RR kills mites by dehydrating them and can cause slight dehydration to the snake. Soaking him will off-set this effect. By the time he has soaked 20 minutes the enclosure will be dry and you can return the water bowl and the snake. Mites should be history. Has worked for me 100% of the time.

I had some success with Reptile Relief as well, but not as easy as the previous poster. It took lots of treatments for some time before it made a difference, but it did do the trick eventually for my ball python, but sadly, not for my emerald tree boa. Have not had a single mite since then though. And I hope to never see mites on my snakes again.
