Is there a place besides midwest that sells plastic tubes that are cheap and can be used on snakes?

U can make your own, just cut um to size and pick your OD to match the snake. Super easy and cost peanuts to make. TF.

Where do you get them at?

Any store that has hardware. All ya got to do is get the head in there, and do a PO or injection. About 6/8 inches at best, just to control it safely. Then let it pop out into the cage.

Sounds easy, but it can be a real SOB, every snake is different! Be safe. TF
