Lampropeltis getula goini "big guy"

Devo77 Jan 29, 2008 05:06 PM

Hello,

a friend of mine given to me his Lampropeltis getula goini pair because he stopped to keep snakes (except a few rearfanged) for job/study/research reason.

I share some the pix of the male because of his impressive size.

Anyone own a similar sized goini?

He's kg 2,070, in perfect fit (not fatty) and into brumation now.

WOW!!! That thing looks like a monster! Great looking king! That's the biggest goini I've seen a picture of.

Good luck with it.

I have 1.3 other goini in my snakeroom (1.1 bred last year, i posted the pictures some months ago) but i really hope to breed this pair...

I hope they aren't too old... My friend doesn't know the age of this animals because he bought them 4 years ago as mediumsized adults in very, very poor condition (the fit like a newly imported Boiga, triangular shape) kept for several time together into a small plastic box... shame on the first owner...

Now they are beautifull animals.

I share the pictures of the female too. She's Kg. 1,147.
