Southwest herper dies today by snakebite

krhodes Jan 29, 2008 08:52 PM

Just received a phone call from El Paso that a herper passed away today from a canebrake bite. His name was James and he was from Deming, NM. I beleive he was in his 30's. His name seems always associated with klauberi. I'd heard of him this year, I believe on this forum.
Seems like he had helped or assisted some other herpers in search of alterna. Does anyone have any further info on this?
I didn't know him, maybe some of you did.
