OT: Post shed pics, and my dog...

natsamjosh Jan 29, 2008 09:58 PM

Took Jack out today, as always he did something funny. He was squirming around more than usual, and I tried to calm him down so I could get some pictures. Then he suddenly made eye contact with me, and just stayed perfectly still and stared at me for a few minutes. My 8 year old son was cracking up at the nose-to-nose "staring contest." Anyway, after that he actually posed more than usual.

First picture is even further OT, it's my St. Bernard after she came in from the snow.

Thanks for looking,
Ed

Belly shot...

Checking me out...

Resting on my hand...

Chin/neck shot...

Resting on my hand again...

Sometimes pics show some rust/red color???...

Crawling on top of the cage...

Final pose, trying to look cute I guess???...

WOOF WOOF WOOF

Jack is looking great! Ever since it was pointed out, all I can see on his chin is that boy in a coat.

I have never even seen ice like that, it looks like the water was just dripping and froze giving it a fake appearance, awesome pics guys and I hope I never see that personally cuz that looks too cold me

Wow... that really sucks for those car owners!! I've never seen ice to that extent.

Not as impressive... but I was there for these. lol This was actually just down the street from my old place.

i lives in Mass befor i moved to ABQ and we would get a nice ice storm every couple years not as bad at the pics dave put up... but all the trees would have a good 1/8 to 1//4" ice cover if i had the pictures with me i could post but they are all still in mass

the biggest differance is freezing rain, those other pics are from right on the coast, when there is a wind storm and big waves that wind will blow ocean spray allover it then freezes and sticks to whatever it hits!!!! resulting in an extreme ice rink lol nice

It was only a dusting. It's funny here in North Carolina, the whole town shuts down just because a weatherman says it "might snow." We do get some pretty bad ice storms, but not too much snow. You should take a ski trip with Dave to see some snow.

Be glad you don't get any snow where you live. Shoveling snow sucks.

Thanks,
Ed
