Life Insurance

Senior Jan 30, 2008 10:39 AM

I know this is a side track question but for those of you working with potentially deadly snakes and especially if you have dependants....do you buy life insurance?

I don't think they ask such an odd question as do you keep snakes etc. but rather blood test and see if you smoke etc.
It's really cheap for term life insurance.

Anyway, just curious if they do ask snake questions and also curious if any of you have purchased some. (I have some)

Here's hoping none of you need it and that we go a long time before getting such a string of news again.

You'll have to have a disclaimer on the policy, a very clear one.

That doesn't mean they'll follow through, again, make it clear.

Certain companies do, certain ones will not. Always good to get attorney help on your side to review it, then stamp it.

Marginally off topic, but I have heard of people having their homeowners insurance canceled for owning something as benign as a ball python.
