not eating?

Nicko Aug 26, 2003 10:10 PM

Is it normal for a leo to not really want to eat after a huge amount one day? About 2 days ago Aeris pigged out and had like 20 mealworms, which is more than usual. Since then, she's only eaten maybe 2 or 3 a day. Her poops are still normal, but I noticed she just now had a particularly massive one. Heh. I know its not probably a big deal, just wonderin.

She just moved to college with me and I didnt think she would want to eat very much after all the driving and shuffling around. I guess I was wrong, but still would like to see her eating normal again.

Also, its been really hot here at MSU. I've been watching the temps in her cage, but would that have anything to do with it?

Thanks,

Nick

Perfectly normal for that to happen. Sometimes they just don't eat for a few days to a week anyhow, just to be stubborn. Should be fine.
