OT Tuesday 2/5 Arrival

medyssa Jan 31, 2008 02:19 PM

So despite everything going on with Cleo I am excited about my OT coming in the mail next Tuesday. I ended up just getting one of the carpet chameleons, but I am so excited! He looks awesome in the picture and I cannot WAIT to see him.

This is the picture the importer sent me. Yes, I know about importing, I already plan on taking him to the vet within the 5 day guarantee.

Such a beautiful animal. Too bad they don't get very big.

Congrats, and I wish you luck with him!

Yeah, I think I am ok with a smaller one. I kinda like that about them. They're not as small as pygmys but not as big as Veileds or panthers. There is a subspecies that is the same scientific name but with "major" at the end of it that gets larger but is not as colorful, I saw them for sale the other day in the classifieds but I think they already sold out. I also saw that the night I posted my deposit, FL Chams posted Peacock Chameleons for sale which are harder to find than the Carpets. They're pretty cool too, especially the males.
