Shedding while gravid?

My female shed about 2-3 weeks ago. We introduced the male on the 18th, and witnessed copulation on the 19th. Removed him a few days later.

Strange though.... She's in shed right now. Will this effect the potential clutch? Way too early for pre-lay shed.

Maybe she didn't ovulate. She may have been just building. All you can do is wait and see.

They will shed as usual through the breeding season.
