No, that has nothing to do with striping. That is Aztec. That is one gorgeous Anery btw.. Wow... treasure that one.

is the Aztec gene linked to striped or motley in anyway? How could I produce some aztec anery offspring? Thanks!

you reall think thats Aztec? SWEET!

That's Aztec allright. Aztec is not simple recesive like Amel or Stripe. But you could produce Aztec with her/him. Aztec is not related to Motely or Stripe.

I was just wondering... If I ever get an aztec/zigzag and cross it with my motley or striped snakes... could I eventually get snakes that are both motley and zig zag? or stripe and aztec? Just curious

All Aztec?

How do you "enhance" the aztec? Aztec-Aztec crosses? Where the heck would I get another aztec anery from?

Cool, I got a wicked good deal on her too!

Aztec X Aztec does not even produce all Aztec. It is a weird gene. Aztec X normal Anery will also produce Aztecs. Good example are the Lavenders. Rich used Aztec normals to outcross the Lavenders to widen the gene pool. Now in all Lavender lines are Aztecs produced without both being 'het Aztec'.. My new Lavender has some Aztec pattern on him. My bet is that if I ever produce Lavenders whole Aztecs will be in that clutch.

(let me see if I get this straight) ...cross my anery with my anery aztec, I'd probably have to breed the offspring to get a good "full" aztec look?

Thanks Marcel, especially for your patience...

Hi Homersipmson,

If you would be intersted, send me an email. I produced a clutch of these this year.

Thanks!
