Gotcha Terry, and now the edited version without the cuss words! And a list....

Jeff Schofield Aug 27, 2003 12:21 AM

Sorry to be duplicitous here for those who have read my previous posts. As stated, my whole collection was stolen a while ago(april)and I just recently found out about it as I have been strung along like a cheap fiddle. I will list some animals here that were taken and sold out of a pet shop. I do have a reciept the owner of the shop gave me to confirm sale to him....I likely even have pics of MOST of this stuff. It was sold as "regular"stuff but they are either het for something or from a rare locality which noone would know to look at. They are worth MORE to me than most anyone and I will certainly bless anyone that sells me this stuff back witout making a profit! For more details as to the names etc...please email me. Now the list:
1.1 adult HYPO coastal plains milks
1.1 adult het HYPO coastals
1.1 adult anerythristic New Mexican milks
0.1 adult het aneryth
1.1 adult locale NM milks
4(.1adult,.1 sub adult,2 babies)RARE locale eastern milks
1.0 albino chain king hatchling
0.2 poss het alb chains hatchlings
0.2 Blaze goini 02(1 recovered!)
1.1 dbl het plains garters 02
1.1 anerythristic plains garters 02
0.3 adult Yellow rats...hets
0.3 02 yellow rats ....hets
1.0 anerythristic Louisiana milk sub adult
You can see my pain. This took a LONG time to accumulate, acclimate and pay for. All these hets will do you NO GOOD unless you know its a het(and how can you?). They are worth more together than split apart. If you have purchased animals in the last 4 months or if you see an animal at a show that is priced WAY lower than what you expect, PLEASE let me know and as long as noone tries to profit on me you will get your $$ back PLUS an IOU, and everyone that knows me knows I am good for it!Thats it, I hope I am off the soapbox for a while, lol,Jeff

Hi there! I'm real sorry to hear about your theft. I am only replying just in case I can be of any help in the near future. But I need to know what state are you/the animals from? That way I can be on the lookout. Just retired out of the Army and I'm getting ready to make a trip (to check out some herp shows) that covers several SE. states in order to buy some snakes to start my collection (mainly kingsnakes). If you want to you can also e-mail me at c_zoldy@hotmail.com and leave a phone number and I can call you if I come across anything suspicious (provided I'm in the right state!?).
I hope they catch that piece of CRAP! ! ! (I REALLY HATE THIEVES)

Just a concerned herper,
ZEE

Really sorry to hear about your loss. Any chance some of your snakes will be at the Carolina Reptile and Exotic show this weekend? I'll be there and can keep my eyes open for animals off your list.
