Savannh size question

RoscoP Feb 04, 2008 08:39 PM

Hi all, When I got my savannah monitor about 4 years ago, he was already 19" long total length.
For those of you with older savs, do you recall how old your monitor was at that length? I got him at a local petstore after someone else turned him back in. They said that the guy that turned him in said it was 6-8 months old. Does that sound possible? It did appear that the first owner fed him pretty well. I do know that he grew to 36" in the first year I had him. He's 40" long now.
