growth on dewlap

hello

Our iguana has had this growth thing on its dewlap for the last month. does anyone have any idea what it could be, and any possible causes/solutions?

take him to a vet asap. bring a fresh poop with you to check for parasites just to be safe. dont skimp out on the 40 dollar or so visit. If it where you you would do anything to get to a doctor if you ears started rotting off. GO! NOW!
