is this salad any good as an everyday

at my local supermarket i have found bags of fresh 'leafy salad' which contains escarole, radicchio, frisee and tatsoi.

would this be ok as an everyday salad ? i would be putting in some different fruits/salad at times as well

collards/dandillion greens/kale occasionally should also be given. it needs to be mixed up.. look thru this site to get a good idea of what you are feeding your dragons
