.. That's a male, born here in '02. It is just over six feet in length in these images from last season and is nearly seven feet long now. Note the length and taper of the tail, very indicative of a breeding male Peru redtail.

The attributes I like in a nice Pucallpa boa are (in no particular order); the way the red tail saddles dominate the top of the body like caps but give way to mostly black laterals with diamond-shaped deep-red badges. Widely spaced and 'floating' side-badges on the forebody. The glowing yellow edges to the dorsal and caudal markings. Mid-dorsal lines and spots, and an outstanding redtail head with blue-grey cheeks.
