you know, people have the right to their own opinion and all, but I'm still getting tired of hearing certain people portraying Bush as Hitler! You might not like him, but do you lack that much knowledge about history to actually think they are the same??????? You have different views, and you have brain-damage induced illusions...some of this stuff seems like the latter.

this was absolutley the most ridiculos thing i have ever seen. I have been in the military for four years now, ive been to Iraq I have worked and taught Iraqis. we are doing good there. i have seen it with my own eyes. everyone tries pulling the "we are their for oil"or the "I saw on the news" the truth about the news is is that violence, death and sex sell,building schools and people that for the first time have freedoms, well that just doesnt sell newspapers. about gas prices, since 2001 they have more than doubled, when i got my license gas was 1.27 a gallon.its 2.98 today. anyone that thinks we went their to gain anything needs to take an economics class.

yeah, I agree with you. I don't understand what makes these people think the way they think...maybe it's because they aren't envolved in it (they're not soldiers or anything) but they feel like they HAVE to be somehow! I'm not a soldier, but I do have two old high school buddies, another friend, and my brother-in-law who have all spent time in Iraq, and they all will tell you the same story, the one you stated. Why doesn't the news report about the schools that were shut down and used as weapon depots under Saddam being reopened? Why don't they talk about the farm lands that are lush again? (Saddam built dams to control the flow of water to the strong agriculture areas of Iraq, and literally cut off the water causing people, crops, and farm animals to die of thirst). And they all say they get the same response from the Iraqis when a convoy passes by...I'm sure you know what I mean.
The media is definitely NOT controlled by the government! They are controlled by their own over ambitious, power/attention hungry egos who will stop at nothing to get the highest ratings...big difference there!
I don't agree with everything Bush has done, but you really think he's planning on world domination!? And I watched some of those videos that they claimed showed proof, and I tell you, there wasn't anything at all that was remotely proof! I think many of these people do it for the same reason as the media...to get shock value thus all the attention upon them.
