very nice looking i ran out of room for fish tanks and down to only 4 tanks now im thinking of jet gettting one huge one soon

Very nice Dovii! I used to have a monster (12" ) male that I raised from a little 3" guy. Kept him in a 240 gallon, he was super aggressive. I tried two large (6-8" females and he almost killed them both in 30 min. I finally put a tiny little 3.5" female that could hide under a log and they had babies every few months like clockwork, it was pretty funny to see the huge size difference. (I also used to keep midas red devils and a few other random cichlids.) Sadly my ex got custody of the fish since I was moving into an apartment and couldn't take them, but hey, I got the snakes! Whoo-hoo!

that was when he was tiny he is now a easy foot and fat and more blue and green than you could imagine he kille dhis managunes hope i spelled that one right lol girl friend after the third mating ripped her to pieces lol no he is alone in a 85 gallon with a 14 inch sucker fish who he picks on lol i love cichlids so fun dont think i would ever get a red devil tho there not colorfull enough if i got somethign with a nasty temper it better look good to have its own tank lol. i use to have so many cichlids but i cut down got heavier into reptiles and when dealing with 40 some odd normal animals and them 6 fish tanks all diff sizes breeding everythign it just gets to much for one person lol sorry for all the babling i love cichlids lol and dovii are my fav specialy big colorfull males lol he is getting more and bigger teeth by the day lol
