eggs vs. live

Can anyone tell me if panthers and veileds are easier to raise up then species that have live birth?? I have had several litters of rudis chams and cant get them to thrive. The mom is healthy though and wont stop having babies (retained sperm) This is not however, my species of choice to breed fortunately. My goal is to breed panthers and veileds and while I have been busy losing my rudis babies my veileds have produced 80 eggs and my panther somewhere in the range of 150 but I cant help wondering if I cant keep a rudis baby alive will I be able keep a panther or veiled alive? Are they HARDIER then the montane species?!? I know that montanes prefer cooler conditions and will adjust my husbandry if I hatch out the veiled/panther eggs.

You said..."Can anyone tell me if panthers and veileds are easier to raise up then species that have live birth??"...yes, both panthers and veileds are less of a challenge to raise than any live-bearer that I have ever had.

Veiled eggs are easier to hatch than panthers too....at least from my experience and what I have heard from others.

For veileds and panther hatchlings I keep the basking area cooler than I do for adults...low 80's generally.
