need help asap

hello, i have a bearded dragon its nearly 3 months old and i am really worried. she keeps sitting with her mouth open which she has never done before. i can see down her mouth and i can see what i think is a cricket. dont think its stuck or anything but i am worried. it this normal for them to keep their mouths open or not ?

i think this sounds normal nothing to worrie about.
if she does it under the hotspot whats 110-115 then its ok .
they called it thermoregulation they lose the heat that way.
if it get to warm and that wil not help she wil move little bit.
tell youre set up and what you doing,food,uvb,uva ect and what the temp is on hotspot?
