You could breed jungles, high yellows tangs, carrot tails, carrot heads, stripes, aberrants, pastels, rainbows or red stripes and get something other than normal but a lot of the babies will still be normal, especially in the case of the pattern morphs. The color morphs will probably give you mainly something in between so I would suggest against buying something expensive like a red stripe or nice Super hypo tang carrot-tail as it would take you years and several generations to recoup the investment when breeding with a normal.

Is he a hi-yellow? You could get a female hi-yellow and start a hi-yellow project. Or you could wait til you have female offspring from your albino male and tang female and breed one of those to your unrelated male when it is of age. You could use the offspring of that pairing to breed back to your albino male, hence adding some genetic diversity into your tang albino project. Or you might want to consider not breeding him at all, just because you have an animal doesn't mean you need to breed them.
