Hey, whats the name of the permit in texas to own the 5 indiguious large constrictors? also does anyone know how much they are and if they're available yet? I'd like to get one soon as i can to make sure my retic is legal

What we have been told by Maj. Sinclair, is that the permits go into effect April 1st.
